I have lived in several places in Switzerland, in the Netherlands (Amsterdam), in Vienna (Austria) and a few other places in Austria. Apart from living somewhere else I have spent my holidays on many different places around Europe.

where I am now is where I have grown up, and it is my home.
If I want to go skiing - 30 minutes, if I want to go swimming in a lake - 10 minutes, if I want to swiming in the sea - 2.5 hours, if I want to go hiking - 10 minutes, if I want to be in the nature - 10 seconds
There are so many beatiful and of course more beautiful places on our earth, but this is my home, and I have everything I need close to me. This is my favorite place :)

Good morning sir johannpiber! into nature in 10 seconds? lol. that's a great deal right there! All the other benefits of your location are very good too.
I can be in nature when I step out my back door but to go skiing...I think that's at least 8 hours away, maybe more. Swim in the sea would be about 6 or 7 hours. Hiking, depends on what kind you want to do. We don't really have mountains here so to get to mountains would take 5 or 6 hours. In other words, we don't have much around here. lol.
But I did see a mountain lion the other day.
