I used to not eat fastfood at night when I was hungry. In the past, I would quickly put a pizza in the oven or cook at night, or whats even more worse eating cookies, chips or sweets.
Meanwhile I almost only eat fruit at night, when I get hungry. I have noticed the change both physically and mentally, I feel much fitter, more active and more agile.
