I could be distracted in this bookstore, because there is a wonderful view of the sea there! ^_^ That dog looks really quiet in that bookshop. A nice view, something good to read, a quiet dog... what's better? :D

I've not seen a bookstore by the sea before, except it's definitely in Greece hahsha, The land of Poisedon.

my library does signing events with authors and use the independent book store round the corner on a back street to bring books to buy from the author's at the event which i think is great

Old, big/very small bookstores are the greatest, and with a little dust here and there even better!📚😎
This year I visited Cărturești Carusel, a beautiful bookstore in Roumania, and of course when you stumble upon such an interesting bookstore you HAVE to buy something!

If you are not being a dick, I certainly can't tell the difference.

Your work takes 2 hours? I work 7 days a week , 14 to 20 hours a day. Since 2011. Making these opportunities available, even for whiny brats like you. Did you think that the $26 I make on a post comes anywhere near covering the costs of what I do for various crypto communities?

Bookstores are really nice places in my opinion. It's kinda sad there aren't much around these days.. especially in my neighborhood. Probably because you can now buy electronic books in the comfort of your bed. however, it's always refreshing to socialize with strangers in bookstores.

Yes. I love that. I love books. I love bookstores library and anywhere books hanged beacause Books play a significant role in our life. ... For the majority of people, books are part of their everyday life. Anyways these hanging of the books is amazing and i love that.

Literally, i don't like to read the books physically. Even i study my course books on the laptop. Sometimes, i wonder on this that in the past, in my school, i had no e-books. I only had to study on the real books. But now, it is really normal.
I think I should shift this habit and should generate some interest in other books as well.

Yes sireee! At lunchbreaks, I used to hang around the bookstores a few steps from my office in Vienna's city center. I love to be surrounded by books especially about arts, culture, crafts, culinary as well as gardening.

I used to @onceuponatime. But not so much these days. In fact I've gotten rid of most of my shelves and shelves of books over the years.

I only have about 10 that I'm still keeping. The rest I read and then pass on to someone else or a charity shop.

I used to. It's like a 2nd library. Then we had Borders in Singapore which closed and left many customers who bought their vouchers unable to get their money back. Later, more of our local book stores chain start to close more too. Some went online. Some just cut. About the only cool one left are couple of Japanese Kinokuniya which has started to become smaller. The one I go still off and on is local Popular book store. They have also gone online but still have many stores to serve their stationary, books for children (text books and otherwise) and added electronics related stuff from laptops to other accessories.

I used to, nowdays i just hang around bookreads and wook and order the books online... Ofc in paper format, i hate reading books or anything similar on a screen... I just can't!
