I think for people who are anxious fears are a constant and unavoidable part of life. Trying to get rid of fears is useless.
I am one of those people. I am sure that I will never extinguish the things I can worry about.
But I find that at times, some of the older fears and worries have subsided. And I tell this to a friend and asks how did I do it.
I didn't do anything, I think it's just fatigue.
You simply get tired of the same fears and move on. Nothing is resolved, but then, what can you resolve about anxieties anyway?
I fear that there isn't much to do but get new ones and act in spite of them.
Fears are nothing more than a state of mind.
