good grief sir smithlabs, $39! that's dirt cheap. is this the best crossbow you've seen that you would try to build? for a simple one I mean.that looks like a sling shot.

The best one I had seen was a knock off copy of speargun. Form follows function.
You have to finish the lower (metal removal), but the machining can be done with hand tools.; and they provide instructions.

Have not done esteem yet, I was rebuilding a motor shaft to deliver tomorrow, just done tonight! I do look forward to esteem, to help steemit compete! My votes on weku were $0.78 tonight; steem is still $0.01. The steemd shows me at (55) but steemit still says (54); weku is at (60).
Form follows function, means that to solve the same problem, solutions will be similar; hence the similarity of a spear gun and a surgical tubing crossbow.
Why would I allow my brain to function? I have work to do, LOL! Two work meetings tomorrow, at two different places! Crazy busy right now! It is even reducing the length of my comments here! :)
