Just breathe.

I've never really liked this word "just". "Just" implies insignificance. I am careful how I use this word. If I say "just" do this or I am "just" doing that, I look at the significance of the situation. I want to live every moment with meaning, take every breath with purpose. Practicing fully conscious living is about creating significance in every moment. Don't just breathe. Breathe like it's the most important breath you'll take, because it is.19367871_196606470867185_3988458569828663296_n.jpg

The position this person is in would make it VERY difficult to breathe.

Thanks for making me pause and just breathe :)

나도그냥보고가갑니다^^

Great insight!

I can see how one can feel insignificance when the word just is implied, just as I feel incorporating this word is essential for dharana.

When it comes to yoga, the action of 'just breath' is more connotative to the mental synchronization of the body and mind for maximum Prana flow.
So please, just breathe and let go of your thoughts.
It's just advice.
