बाहर की दशा बदलती है।
अंतः को शान्ति मिलती जब,
बाहर भी शान्ति मिलती है।
मन को शान्त बनाने से,
परमात्म मिलन हो जाता है।
अंतः की शान्ति ज़रूरी है,
यह महायोग कहलाता है।
