As long as you declare the item before you post your entry you should be good. Theoretically you should post it before trying to cook your meal but I have no way of knowing.

Sorry didn't see this reply until now because you replied to yourself. Yes until the 23rd. The ghee is fine in a smaller quantity (2-3 tbsp sort of like you would use for cooking oil. If you are going to use a ton of it (like a half cup or something then really it should be considered a main item.
