Prize of Gaegeun
In Korea, elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools have a Prize of gaegeun.
This prize is awarded at the end of the semester for all classes during the year and in the absence of perception or absence.
I knew it today.
The fact that Junior gaegeun prize should not have a single absence for three years.
I gave it every year when I was in elementary school and Junior, High school.

I just ... I've been doing routine things.
The secret of gaegeun 20 years and 30 years, which I thought was great, was a very simple principle in a way.

The fact is that it is very difficult to stay still in a particular place for a long time. It is even difficult for a tree when it faces a storm. Staying in a place for more than a decade is actually amazing, indeed. There is an old saying in Korea. "When it's ten years, even the rivers and mountains change". This is an enough reason why you deserve to receive the "gaegeun award" and you will be compensated the reward when you are retired and having tons of free time traveling over the world in the next decade :). Hope you could stay still and strong in the dynamic environment where people are struggling for survival. I wish your happiness even though you must carry a heavy burden to support our family. Though I haven't carried that heavy burden on my shoulder, however I could feel how heavy it is. Hence, you deserve the award :)
