There are a lot of reasons to get excited about Steemit. However, my reason for excitement does not originates from the Steemit awareness projects across the country but it's stem from the potential effects it can have on the African Continent as a whole.
Not forgetting the fact that when it is we with Nigeria,absolutely it is well with Africa.
The Trend
**One noticeable and unavoidable trend is the vast growth of smart devices across Africa thus their ability to participate in Online activities.The growing variation between Africa's population and smart devices is very promising thereby making the introduction of Steemit a more easier one.
One of the biggest advantage of Steem is that they are decentralized that means that their functionality is non dependent on any financial institutions.
Our Duty-The future ahead
With an incredible potential that Steemit can have on the Nigeria's prosperity, it is now our duty to make the Steemit-Space more well known across the Country.
