  1. The Ego

He posits that he is the great usurper of human identity. In practice it is the desire to be noticed. It is an unconscious, centripetal energy that comes from the instinct of conservation that appropriates the human mind making it go down to the frequency of the planes of three-dimensional matter.

This awareness, through the ego, is responsible for collecting energy to nourish and unite the human psyche. Without it, the person would never say "I".

The ego loves everything that denote separation and exclusivity. It is territorialist, fancy uniforms, flags, diplomas, titles, brands, borders, countries, etc.

The ego can disguise everything: spiritual, kind or loving, because it is the great manipulator. You may even get to write articles like this or books about yourself. But remember, you are not your ego. The ego corrupts the human being, turns it into an insatiable ambitious machine, does not tolerate expansive aspects such as love, kindness, tolerance or altruism. It is the ego that has made this society indolent, hateful and discriminating. Duran points out various egos that make our mind fall into this trap:

The ego

The ego as an impediment to the development of the human being.

-ego prestigious, seeks applause, recognition and admiration in what he does;

-I know smarty, is the one who always thinks he is right, likes to give advice and always answers even if he does not know;

-ego insatiable, is "centerpiece", does not like to go unnoticed;

-ego switch, interrupts a conversation permanently by his need of self-reference;

-ego jockey, riding on what others say, is "copycat" and usurper;

-ego premental, is the ego that quietly has a parallel speech, is critical, hypocritical and judgmental.

The ego invented luxury, makeup, silicone, shopping malls, casinos, superheroes, wars, social inequality, injustice, women as sexual objects, fashions, etc.

  1. Allegorical Mind

It is the deceptive vision of reality. A mind becomes allegorical when it is capable of distorting the observation of reality. The ability to see objectively is lost because the forces of mental recordings interfere subjectivizing responses to the world, clinging to beliefs, fanaticisms, superstitions, customs, fetishes, rites, attachments, sex, fears, etc. The allegorical mind is the creator of urban tribes, fans, bars, clubs, political parties and religious groups. The most common allegory is to believe the roles of everyday tasks, for example: I am a doctor, engineer or architect. Or spiritual, manager or journalist. The egos are identified with these allegories, that people are trapped in a demanding mental fence for life, the ego of prestige arises.

The allegorical mind can not suggest a person with an awakened and self-conscious mind.

  1. Passional emotion

Emotion is the great buffer of the dense energies of instinct. Without it, the deal between us would be aggressive, territorialist and selfish in the extreme, therefore it is possible to see emotion as an evolutionary privilege to have a bearable coexistence. The three-dimensional consciousness uses emotion as a substitute for the Spirit. The "feeling" is a magnetic emotional vibration that is born driven by an egotic act, while the Being is a universal experience driven by a spiritual act. So powerful is the suggestion produced by the passionate emotion, which has a large part of humanity, if not all, confused, worshiping icons, statues, images, amulets, talismans, relics and other fetishes. People confuse three-dimensional magnetic attractions with love, therefore we must understand that true love is not an expression born from one individual to another, love is not unicentric, does not individualize, does not discriminate, does not separate, does not prefer one more than the other.

There is an interesting dialogue between Arjuna and Lord Krishna in the Bhagavad Gita. Arjuna asks Krishna, what is liberated man (ego) like? How do you sleep, how do you work, how do you live? And Krishna says to him: "He lives exactly like any ordinary man, he works like any ordinary man and he sleeps like any ordinary man, and yet he is not the same thing because he does not do it for the same reasons."

The key is the conscious, elevated, loving and relaxed act, without attachments or selfishness. That makes the difference, being with a continuous awareness in each act of the day feeding the mind with energy of the Spirit, as well as giving us spaces of meditation so that in that "silence" the direct contact with the Divinity is established, with that
