Step 1: Acquire the hologuise and the Taunter.
Step 2: Go to the Blackwater City hoverboard track.
Step 3: Equip the hologuise and enter the race, granting you the ability to walk around the racetrack.
Step 4: Go to the big jump and stand under the platform where there is a large amount of crates. Equip the taunter and hold down the O button, bolts will rain down towards you. This can be done only once per game and you will have to enter challenge mode to try again.
