I think the source of the quote needs to be clarified. There are several peace prizes around the world, and as a Swede I may be biased but the Nobel Peace Prize is probably the first that springs to mind for most people. I’m probably very biased in saying I wish Astrid Lindgren had been awarded the Nobel Prize for both peace and for literature, but unfortunately she never was. As I understand it from an admittedly not at all thorough google search, the prize here in question was a German one.
