Corn semolina pancakes with cheese filling

Ingredients:

250 g Corn semolina
2 Pieces Eggs of free range
150 ml Quark 40 % fat
200 g Rice flour
200 g Cheese (Raclette)
40 ml MCT oil
Spices: Ur-salt

Preparation:

Add the corn husk, rice flour, eggs and some water into a large container and mix it with a tablespoon. In a pot heat the cheese (raclette) and add the liquid contents with the curd into a bowl. These mix with some Ursalz.

Now comes the difficult part:

Now you have to lay the dough on a plate with rice flour and flatten it with a kitchen roll. Then fill the dough with the dough. Then take half of the dough and carefully place on the other side. Then close the gaps at the edges of the dough so that no more filling is visible.

Turn the stove on at the highest level and place in a pan 40 ml of MCT oil.
Now fry the finished pancakes from both sides at the same level.
