Dough: Divide the pound of flour into four measures. In a bowl, put four measures of flour, half a measure of melted butter, half a measure of oil, and a pinch of salt, mix well, then add the egg and knead the dough with water and orange blossom until we obtain a soft, cohesive dough. We divide it into 12 balls. We put it in a bag and let it rest for 2 to 6 hours

Filling: In a bowl, put 500 g of roasted cocoa and mix. Add a cup of sugar and a little cinnamon and mix, then add orange blossom water gradually and mix without kneading. Leave it like couscous, cover it and let it rest.

Method of work: We open the six balls into a circle, place them on top of each other, and between each circle and circle, we put a significant amount of dough, then we open it into one large circle using the halal solution. Of course, we grease the tray with melted ghee, then we spread the dough on the tray and spread the filling over it in an even layer, then we repeat the process by opening the other 6 balls. In the same way, put it in the tray on top of the filling, cut it into squares or squares as desired, grease it with a significant amount of ghee, decorate it with cocoa seeds or almonds, and put it in the oven at 180°.

When we finish cooking it, we water it directly with cold honey and leave it for a whole night. It is better for it to absorb the honey. Good health.
