Vegeterian Tomato Stew Recipe🍅
Hey guys, this is @ramengirl. I'm going to make a delicious and healthy tomato stew today :) I've been into vegetarian diet lately and have not put any meat or seafood in it. But it's also really good recipe for adding shrimp, beef, chicken breasts, etc. especially in winter. I usually make this stew in a big pot and keep it in fridge or freezer and have it for dinner when I feel so lazy to cook. Hope you guys like this recipe and let's get started!
Vegetarian Tomato Stew

Cook: 40mins
Ingredients:
I had this delicious stew with avocado toast for breakfast! It's also really good with rice :D The weather is getting colder these days but if you have this stew for breakfast it will keep your body warm all day ;) Thanks for reading!
• Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
• 1 onion
• 2 garlics
• 1 carrot
• 10-15 cherry tomatoes
• 1/2 cabbage
• 1 bell pepper
• 4 mushrooms
• 1/2 zucchini
• 1 teaspoon chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
Course:
1. Chop garlic, and cut onions, carrots, paprika, zucchini, mushrooms, cabbages, and tomatoes into small sizes. If you like the crunch texture of vegetables, you can cut them bigger, but I want a soft texture stew, so I cut them to half size of my thumb nail
2. Add olive oil in pan and stir-fry garlic and onion.
3. Add 2 cans of chopped tomatos and 3 cups water to a boil. Now it’s time to put some seasonings, add salt and pepper and chilli flakes. Check the taste and add more depends on your preference.
4. Let's put some vegetables. First, add carrots and cabbage, bring to a boil for 5-7 minutes, add zucchini, mushrooms, and wait 5 more minutes, then lastly add paprika and tomatoes.
5. Boil until the vegetables are tender! Finished!
