Recipe canned tomatoes – the most popular and amazing preparation for the winter. These tomatoes can be served as a complement to any dish.
Ingredients:
On 2 kg tomato: 1 chilli pepper, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 bell pepper, black pepper, sugar, salt.
Preparation:
Wash jars and lids, hold in boiling water for 5 -8 minutes each, caps at the minute.
Tomatoes wash, pierce with a fork to not crack when preservation.
In each jar put: herbs (dill, parsley) 1 umbrella, 1 clove of garlic, 1/4 bell pepper, a small piece of hot pepper.
Tomatoes are put in jars with spices.
Banks pour boiling water, leave for 20-30 minutes, then drain the water into a saucepan, add per 1 liter: 3 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a boil.
Pour boiling marinade tomatoes in jars. Add 2 tablespoons vinegar to 1 quart jar. Mothball, flip, wrap a warm cloth.
Leave for a day, then put up in a cool, dark place.
