- tofu scrambled with tumeric, white pepper, creole seasoning, peppers, onions, and broccoli
- avocado slices with pico de gallo
- roasted red potatoes
- blueberry orange muffins (I never measure but it's roughly 3 tbsp of flour, 6 blended dates, cinnamon, 1 cup blueberries, 1 tbsp coconut oil, 1 cup fresh orange juice)
