It's that time of year again, where we all target how much weight we aren't going to lose in 2018.
Last year. I targeted 5 lbs to lose but I am up 10 lbs. This year I am targetting 15 lbs. It's really hard being a girl with body image issues. I have a lot of beautiful friends and we girls are so judgmental that it is like a competition. Let me know what you think. Here is me compared to several of my friends.
