Well, probably the best exchange for exchanging smaller coins is Binance. You can send it your litecoin, then exchange that for either Bitcoin or Ethereum, then exchange that for Stellar Lumens. I’m not sure what the exchange fees are, but as long as you’re investing a fairly large amount (say >$200) then the fees will be negligible. I’m always ready to help!
