This is my day 5 video of my body weight exercises. I am 5 days into my 3 month challenge and I am feeling good. Today I did shoulders with my diy suspension trainer.
The shoulder exercises I did were high deltoid fly, mid deltoid fly, and a lower lat pull ( it did work my shoulders) using my suspension trainer. I did 3 sets of 10 reps.
I then did a super man squat while staying on the front balls of my feet. This not only worked my upper legs but my calves as well. I did 3 sets of 10 res.
Following the legs I did a beginner version of dragon flag lifts leading into flutter kicks. I did 3 sets of 10 reps of the dragon flags and then 30 reps of the flutter kicks per set.
