Hmm, this contest keeps getting interesting by the week, thanks @sweetsssj and @healthsquared.

Today, i decided to prepare Sooji Halwa,
This desert is of the Indian origin and very easy to prepare.
It is very healthy and digest easily.

Ingredients

1 cup of soon I
2.Cashew
3.Raisins
4.half cup of sugar
5.1 cup of butter

  1. Cardamom powder
    7.half cup of butter

Steps

  1. First i take clean pan and place it on a dry flame. I must ensure that the pans is devils of water before going to the next step. image

2.when the pan is hot and dry, i add butter to it, and wait for about two minutes till the butter completely dissolves image

  1. Then i added the cashew nut together with the raisins and fry them in the butter. image

  2. Then the sooji is fried with the butter and waits until it turns golden brown. image

  3. Thereafter i boil the water using a clean pot. The water is boiled for about two minutes image

  4. Sugar is added to the boiling water left for sometime. image

  5. Now the fried sooji is added slowly to the water and stired properly to avoid clumps formation.

  6. Stir the sooji until the water completely evaporates image.

  7. Add a little butter to its, image

Finally, add the cashew, resins and cardamom and our solji Halwa is ready for consumption. image
