I have to say I will check this! I usually sleep 11h to be "fully charged" but can go to only 8, less than that I spend my day very sleepy. I don't know if I could manage to get to the last stage, I do value my sleep a lot, and I really enjoy it :p But I will certainly give the first stage a shot, especially when I have the trouble times with too much work! Good post ;)

    I usually sleep 10+ hours so kinda that's why I did this post because I could use more hours to study and even make more money xD But yeah I could give it a try as well x) thank you
