Why Sleep is important?

Do you still remember when was the last time you have the best sleep of your life? Those sleeps like you don’t in a hurry? Like you have lots of time to roll over in your bed, smell and hug your pillows like candies? Lucky you if you’re still doing it up to now. Unlike me, I only sleep 4- 6 hours a day.

I am currently working as a call center agent and I feel envy to people who still have their usual daily routine. Me? I can’t remember when the last time I have a normal routine for sleep was. And for that, I always suffer insomia, it’s really difficult to sleep which leads to headache and stress. We should at least have 6-8 hours of sleep, eat healthy and practice healthy life styles.
