Solitude which is the need of every soul yet undiscovered, because everyone fears of being alone.
We feel so insecure about being alone that we have a created a world to escape that. We want to be connected on all social networking sites, we want to be seen and all the likes n hearts deciding our worth. We are constantly seeking attention and validation from others, which makes heavily depend on others.
But why such state ? Because we haven't learnt to be with our self.
Solitude is not being lonely, which most people think of that.
There's a huge difference between Solitude and Loneliness
In loneliness you are always in negative state , In Solitude you're in peaceful state
Loneliness makes you dependent on others, In Solitude all you need is your self
Loneliness makes you slave to people or habits, In Solitude you become aware of them
Loneliness makes you disconnect from others, Where as in Solitude makes you develop good relationship
Solitude is our state of being, which we owe to our self which we have lost it in the fallacy of this world.
We are responsible for our misery n happiness . By becoming more Mindful and meditative we may find our aloneness which will turn the miser loneliness into the calm aloneness.
Some of the advantages which can be gained by giving some time for yourself
Discovery of self
When some honesy time is spent on introspection, then one can realize what are his needs, strength and weakness.
Which will prove beneficial to in self improvement phase.
Calm mind
When we are upset or anxiety, our mind is a place of thoughts. Which will make us only to take haste decisions.
But with some meditative n calm mind helps us to take better decision.
Immune to other opinions
When you know yourself better, then others judgement will not effect you.
More productive
Being free from gossip and mental clutters will surely make your mind to focus on the things which are important.
All you just need to do is spent time for yourself, because your inner self needs you
