For more control over the session, and more useful explanation, use this mobile-friendly PaulsRobot website. Note that for a complete beginner, it is much easier to get a session from the video(s).
The session will go best if you are well-rested, well-fed, not under the influence, and have enough time for the session away from any distractions. To the extent that these points are not there, the session will tend to not work as well. In other words, if you've been getting five hours sleep a night, skipped the last two meals, are watching TV with the kids and have a few minutes before a good show starts, don't expect a good result.
These sessions are free of charge, but not free of your effort. In the same way as you wouldn't expect to benefit much from a workout video while lying on the couch drinking beer, it is very important to follow the session instructions.
