Today I would like to tell you about the sport, which takes half of my time :)
I practice in the gym 3-4 times a week, I would like a little more, but because of the work it does not work.
I work with a coach and I really like what I do. 3 months ago, my weight was 47 kilograms - now my weight is 55) Sometimes I drink a shaker and after every workout a protein, I do not think it's very good for health, but he helped me gain body weight.
I hope that the time for a sport will also be enough and I will become even stronger.)
