27.09.2018 - 12:53pm Jogging challenge 5 (Jog for 5 days in a row) - Day 1
This was a different day since it was in a different time (11:00am) and I went to the gym and did some squats after almost 6 months without doing it. I ran 13 minutes in the treadmill without hills but at a constant speed which I increased at the end. I was really good.
28.09.2018 - 20:39pm Jogging challenge 5 (Jog for 5 days in a row) - Day 2
Time change for the challenge today since I'm doing a different shift. Even with pain in other muscles in my legs (not used much while jogging but in squats) I was able to run today. Really happy since I was considering not to do it.
29.09.2018 - 20:25pm Jogging challenge 5 (Jog for 5 days in a row) - Day 3
Just finish my jogging and I'm feeling really good. Still some pain in my legs from the squats but improving. I actually covered a little more distance than yesterday. Looking forward to tomorrow.
We treat a 5 dollars cat better than we try our 2 Billion dollars Body. Let's change that as of today.
