What did we miss?

Rumor- Testnet was not utilized for testing of HF-20.

Rumor- Only 1 witness can utilize testnet for steemit.com.

Fact- Ned pulled out millions of STEEM away from Steemit.com recently.

Rumor- Ned owns an island, is worth 100's of millions & threatened the witnesses to institute HF-20 or he would pull SMT development as he could not afford it otherwise.
