STEEMIT and the Attention Economy.

Attention is key, so also the vibration. The types of contents and collaboration that takes place on these platforms are on their own level. What is shared on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram are all different from what is shared on Steemit.
The ecosystem are different hence their vibrations to conform to the laid and acceptable systems they are created to address and exist for.

Steemit has her own vibration that sounds more like.., in a class of its own. It is tagged a "decentralized social media platform that rewards to socialize."
Quality is king as well as quantity. On many platforms, the win is pegged and achieved based on the quantity it dishes out, while other based on the quality. The attention one gets makes the number of their followers and earnings grow.

Quality always beats quantity.

I Feel Blessed!

I think Steemians should look more closely at the attention commodity that is needed to fly on Steemit than on the immediate earnings.
Attention is what made Facebook what it is and the eyes will always bat at those things that catches their attention. But for Steemit, it is more so about the earnings which is still disputable and the fact that it offers an unexplained algorithm

One can be loud on their Steemit journey but not the kind of 'Facebook loud.' I believe we all must be known for some kind of noise that will see us going through life the way we should.
Rowdiness and empty banters works on Facebook, but not that much for Steemit. Noise, slow speech, serious or lazy pursuit all points to a win or a loss.

Make some quality noise, be seen and heard. The value you work to create is what will determine the value of your presence.
Make good use of that edge that seems all so unimportant at the moment. Create moments that will last.
Author meaningful articles and and tell great enough stories that when you are made to listen or partake in them, you will be able to smile and not frown.

The world is changing and as the day break, we are daily learning the most important aspects of our living.

I was ministered to. 😍✊✊👌

I even got a new watchword;

Author meaningful articles and and tell great enough stories that when you are made to listen or partake in them, you will be able to smile and not frown.

Thank you sir.

that's great :)

When i joined steemit newly, my mindset was to make money and nothing more.
As time passed, i realised there was more to being on this wonderful community.
You need to make impact by creating meaningful, helpful and timely articles.
Meet good people, make connections and have fun too.
Life is too short...

The best posts on the internet are found here on steemit.
Steemit possesses quality and also quantity.
I'm proud to be here
Nice post boss

great news.... :)

Quality always beats Quantity

I remember being in your car on our way back from @moziano's wedding when yourself, Chris Ani, @samstickkz and myself had to pass through the hurdles of sucking those oranges which seemed to have been plucked from an unfortunate tree in the desert!
I remember you asking the seller back then if the oranges were juicy and she said they were and unfortunately for us, we were carried away by the quantity she offered to give us only to discover that we had bought the smaller version of cabbages.
There was no extra lesson drawn other than.

Quality has more to offer than Quantity!

Awesome writeup sir.

Personally, I think Steemit, just like life works in this wise: If you concentrate on impact, money will follow. If you make posts from the heart, it will get to the hearts of them that read, and result in an overflow of encouraging upvotes. It's not an easy one, but I think, it's worth the while.
