As a content creator it is indeed brilliant. Beyond that I am not so sure. Technology develops fast.

I checked out your profile. Looks great! Dropped you a comment and following you. I want to know more about the mobile perspective. I used to have a two-column design for English and German and it looked great. But after many articles like this I finally saw how it looked like on a mobile phone and it was aweful. I stopped doing it because I want everybody to be able to read it. And besides, mobile is the future and the majority of people will access the internet like this.

Actually when you use busy.org instead of Steemit there is such a function. But I prefer using the original. Maybe the big UX/UI update we all are urging for has such a feature. You have hit a nerve as 10 people agree with you! I am listening to Ya Tu Sabes right now. ;)

You can install a browser plugin like Pocket I think. It saves you links in an interesting way. Personally I gave up on bookmarking me anything on Steemit. Information overload. If I want something again I can still try to search for it but that rarely happens.

It's very informative and challenging...I am from a poor family trying my best to upgrade our financial situation and I'm applying for an online job as an English teacher. Don't agree with the 9th point, I myself tried to reach some whales, hoping that they would do something for the post I wrote yesterday (About helping my friend's parents who died in 2012) but actually, we have to accept that world here is actually the same as outside. People having influence here upvotes some fancy stuff but when it comes to helping someone who is in need, we actually don't care!

P.S. This comment doesn't apply to every whale associated to Steemit rather some of them whom I tried to contact via steemit.chat/Discord but all in vain!

No offense but what do you expect? Do you know how many messages these people get EVERY SINGLE day? You were probably number 37 that day, swinging by and dropping them a link to a post to upvote. I believe that the post had a good cause. So did the other 36 supposedly. But that is not how the system works at all. You are assuming the whale does have to do what you want or need or the whale is a bad person. But you have to make the effort to make the whale find YOU and not the other way around.

I didn't drop the link rather I first requested if they would like to support the cause, some of them blocked me, that's what hurt me. Refusing to do so is a good thing and I don't have any issues but blocking is something discourages you to start blogging for a cause and that was my first one.
However, fortunately, outside Steemit, we were able to find some generous people and we gave the money to the family for their monthly expenses.
I will make sure not to do such posts again here and my point of commenting here was to give you the realistic view of point 9.
"You are assuming the whale does have to do what you want or need or the whale is a bad person."
And I didn't mean that, everyone has the right to act what he thinks is right and not upvoting my post doesn't make them bad. Again, I just wanted to give you a picture that charity is something isn't possible or you can say very difficult thing to do here. Some people don't degrade themselves and ask for upvote, I'm one of them and yes, I did ask yesterday for a good cause which I will surely not do again.

i like all the idea of how useful steemit can be. the idea of using it to promote services is most likely the best one. everywhere else they will take money from you to promote your service and in steemit you will get paid for your post.

but i am not so sure about what you said about replacing fiverr. unless you know someone really well or have a good relationship with them you can't trust them to do their work.....

There is the #steemgigs community. People make posts about their services and when you hire them you can pay them in Steem. There is exactly the same amount of trust as with Fiverr. If you want to make sure you can make a contest first and give some money for part of the work and hire the winner. That way you know it will be good.

I think this was an investment that you will celebrate one day. Make sure to use your Steem power wisely and every day to make the most out if it. Letting it sit would be really a waste. With 5k Steem Power you can do a one Dollar upvote and that is amazing. Use it wisely.

If you don't have time then follow your favorite Steemians automatically using the Streemian or Steemvoter service, or delegate it to someone and earn interest.

Thanks @flauwy! This is a very precious post which lists the most important arguments for buying STEEM. At this moment we have an interesting situation when STEEM did a double-bottom formation at the chart against BTC. Or in another view: the downwards channel was hit and retested. I am so happy about all the positive feedback from you guys. Thank you @beccadeals, it feels good to communicate with other people here.

You could probably think that people are all shady here and just try to get your money. No honest interactions. But since Steem Power doesn't require us to give our own funds away but generate new ones everyone is much more relaxed about that. Then you could say that people are just commenting to earn money. And they probably start with that tought. But all of a sudden it starts to make fun and connects you so deeply with others that Facebook and co. never did. Just amazing.

To be honest I don't know if it is safe. There are so many things happening on the cryptomarket and beyond that are out of our control. Everything can happen. I think every investment is some kind of speculation. But Steem has so many benefits that I believe it is a pretty good bet.

You don't need money @hanzkiboy. Earn it, like I do. I have no money to buy either except for what I already have in Steem. It is not the same as buying 100,000 Steem but on the other hand you make it fair and square. And 1000 Steem might be worth 1000 times more one day. Who knows. ;)

Steem can be earned and doesn't require any investment for people with little to no funds which is the majority of mankind

Steemit is the best opportunity there is.It is free to participate in.

Amazing post. One mistake though in the calculation of steem earned in one year the decimal is at wrong place . It is appearing 58.000 dollars. And one more thing , what do think is the effect of whales exploiting their power of upvote by upvoting their own content. Took only 5-6 hours, 2-3 hours you are only waiting. Monitoring seems important, did choose site24x7 (was a quick random search, first looked at stackware from google cloud, but it was to cumbersome), site24x7 setup is pretty straightforward, imo.

Only the last part is a bit confusing, you are getting different private keys (one from your account and another from you server) and you need to copy paste the wight keys in the right places.

steempower is amazing because of Curation and because of the followers u get from upvoting new users

you end up paying your followers tyo get steempower so theyt can give YOU more in upvotes later!

Also you end up locking in to steem so u cant just sell it and you will not regret this as steem goes up and up!

steempower is a great way to force yourself to lock into holding steem!

I wish bitcoin has a way I could force myself to lock my bitcoin in so i couldnt sell it!

Imagione if you could LOCK your Bitcoin, so u werent able to sell it for ayear! you would have made SO much money in the last year! imagine buying a bitcoin private key and finding it in a year! youd make so much money! if you could keep yourself from selling any bitcoin!

This is what steempower wil be doing now that steem is on ist way up to $10 by the end of the year!
