Open Letter to all Steemians - Hardfork 21: Culture Change

The thing is, value comes from lots of different places for different people. The value of the platform itself is the promise that for a one time investment, I can support the content I like forever. This hardfork feels like a betrayal of that promise.

All this abuse that the hardfork is supposed to solve, what are we defining as the abuse and how much of the reward pool is really going to each part? I've been asking this question, but in spite of the drastic solution, no one seems to be know hard numbers.

If this frees up 50% of the reward pool by making abusers cease, great, even though my 0.2 steem vote will be only 0.1... it'll actually be 0.2 still. Great. But no one has suggested that's the case. Do you have the numbers on how much of the reward pool is going to abusers?
