Taking advantage of "Artificial Intelligence" (GPT Chat)

I've been using GPT Chat for a few months now to help me with property descriptions and much more.

In my work "Real Estate Consulting" follow-up is one of the keys to achieving conversion, sales techniques and much more. For all this, training and reading are very important, during my life I have read many books on different subjects and I just came across a book that teaches you how to create irresistible offers for clients.

This is where the magic of Chat GPT comes into play. I gave him some instructions and got excellent results. What did I do? It's simple and I'll explain it to you step by step. I downloaded the PDF of the book from which I want to get the ideas and I passed it to Chat GPT. I wrote the following: "I want you to read and learn all the content of the book and help me create irresistible offers on certain products. Act as the author of the book."

This just worked, from then on all the questions I asked GPT chat were answered according to the content of the book, after this I combined it with other books and the results are amazing because if you ask it for a work plan "How would such person, author of such book" do it, it does it, it is simple and very fast, now I just have to put everything into practice.
