I go to gym often at that moment.
I don't use notebook and pencil/pen to write which exercises I do, how many times, with how much weight and in how many series. I train to be smiled. I have stronger and weaker days, I'm not following any plan. I don't put unnecessary pressure on myself. I will do how much I will be able to do current day. I don't compare myself to others. Such thinking can only destroy.
