How I Operate

I offer this retainer program for those who would like to use my services on a regular basis and prefer to pay monthly, rather than per design. I would like to also recommend seeing what my fellow @steemfreelancers guild members offer, prior to committing to my services. There are some talented artists on Steemit, so do check the Steem Freelancer's Guild site and check out what my fellow designers can do too!

I would love to design for everyone, but my time is limited. I know what sort of projects I will work well with and sometimes I know that I might not be the best 'fit' for certain projects. My aim is to utilize my time for projects that I feel I am delivering the greatest return. This isn't a cash grab, it's something I take seriously. If I feel I cannot deliver beyond expectations, I will help find you someone who I feel is better qualified. That said, let's get into details.

HOW THE TEMPLATE SETUP OPTION WORKS:

• What is a post cover template? - Take 🌱to💰 Series cover (above) for example. The TITLE remains the same, the main image remains the same - the text varies with each part of the series. It has a layout structure (aka template) and I change the text to suit each part.

• What if I need more or less than 5 covers?
You can opt for a single cover without text - that way you can add your own and make as many as you'd like.
OR
You could consider retaining my services. This option is more for those who might have a contest or series; requiring one intro, then variations of the cover to keep things cohesive.

People tend to recognize familiar layouts and assimilate them to relevant content - it's branding 101. I can help you bring it all together, by design.

I can make the template meet your needs. Say you need to swap out images in the cover and you have 5 images - I can make you five covers with one cohesive template. I create these templates from scratch and the covers are sized for optimal viewing in the Steemit Feed.

HOW THE RETAINER PROGRAM WORKS:

WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN YOU RETAIN SERVICE?

• Priority service
• 20 covers per month - give me 24 hours notice prior to your anticipated publishing time to enable me time to design each cover.
• 5 unique templates per month, which I store and you essentially generate a toolbox with me by retaining services. Meaning: each month you can build up to 5 unique templates and they accrue over time; in two months you'll have 10 and so on.

The Fine Print

Your post cover can be replaced UP TO THE PAYOUT - after payout the post is not longer able to be edited.

I do need 48-72 hour notice per design, but if you do not have a clearly defined concept and media ready - more time will be necessary. 24 hours notice for those with retainer service.

Post cover designs will require your approval and concept process, so it is best to plan well in advance. The shorter the timeline, the less likely I will be able to accept the job.

That is why I highly suggest seeing what my fellow design-minds in the #SFG have to offer prior to committing to my services.

I accept only timelines and projects that I feel I can deliver 110% or better. I assure quality and prompt service for every person that I work with, but I also must adhere to a schedule.

Basically: there are only a limited number of freelance projects I can take on.
