20% commission seems to a bit higher to me, probably a slab based commission would have been more appropriate. And the free tier gives only 5 gb of uploaded projects, that also seems lesser to me. However, if they really have 240,000 curated professionals, then the platform is worth trying.

I would use this platform to hire a creative.Hiring an agency for any project is expensive.On the other hand,using cheap hiring hands from sites like Fiverr often don't serve the purpose.
This platform has 2,40,000 curated professionals which means their work had to pass through certain level quality check to make them listed in this platform.So I think using a platform like this to get your work done is a great idea.
As it will both save your money and get your job done.
