Hunter's comment

Galliber is not of your regular job searching and hiring platforms. It has a very unique approach to the hiring process that is practical for both job seekers and companies. It is a good fit for technology and programming related jobs.

Companies can post projects for prospective employees to apply by completing those projects. Completing projects will earn the applicant an interview. This way you don't have to tell them about your skills, you show them by completing projects. At the same time, companies get to see your skills and candidate is a good fit for the company.

Completing Projects is a unique way to identify the fitness of a candidate, it's a double-edged sword, the companies get to know the work ethic of their candidate and whether they can perform the prospective job and the candidates get to taste a piece from their aspiring job. This way it is easier to realize for a candidate whether they would like to work the job or not. Galliber

Lovely I think this is the best way to hire someone, especially in the information technology field. This process would be easy for the company as well as job-seeking people. If you are looking for a job then just search out a project and if you did a pretty good job company might consider to hire you very nice I love it.

Thank you @xawi. Completely agree with you.

Yeah, you are right that it is pretty unique than another random platform where people only wait to get hired all the time. I like the idea where you do projects practically to show your talent so that the companies can hire you.

COOL Hunting!

@ikrahch Thank you.

This is actually quite good. however i think projects should be paid, in case they are not. and then may be even interview is a redundant process.
i believe completing projects on a contractual basis is a better way to learn about the work, and the employer. its also good for hiring companies to truly evaluate prospective hires.

Thank you @pialejoana.

Always a pleasure @geekgirl .

I like this concept because it gives candidate the option to prove the skills by completing the project so that later don't need to explain much. For the company it's good because they get skilled employees so win win situation for both. Awesome hunt

Thanks a lot, @alakkumar121.

I see that now a days way of employee hiring is changing and this one is better than traditional hiring because it's good for both candidate as well as company.
Impressive concept.

Thank you @reeta0119.

Wow
This is extremely amazing
Now you get hired for the skills you have and not what you say you have.
Simply amazing

Thank you @julietisrael

Yeah a great way to compete for the vacancy. Show them your talents and get hired. No more nepotism or favouritism.
A really innovative way to make the hiring process more transparent.

Indeed. Thank you @xabi.

interesting concept. I would almost rather do the job to prove I can dot it instead of constantly tweaking my resume to prove I can do it!

Yes, for some people this would be a better option.

Are you great with technology and know any programming skills? If you need some extra cash or s job then Galliber sounds like a great resource with it's unique approach to the hiring of those interested in such work. Basically companies can post projects for potential employees to apply by completing those projects and if done well you might just find yourself with a interview for that company.

Yes. Thanks.

Great hunt dear find
This platform really helpful to find job or searching for projects. It is the best platform through which you get hired. Jobless people will like it.
Thanks for sharing with us.

Thank you @yameen.

This is nice for people searching for opportunities, at least they get a chance to prove themselves and if found worthy can get hired. This platform is amazing

I agree. Thank you @ranarexx.

Eh I’m not that fond of this trend in the job market unless there some kind of fine the company pays for not hiring someone beyond what the job listing would cost. Sounds like the old “we like to test your skills by giving you this project” aka work we pan off to job applications but have no plans to hire anyone.

I understand the skepticism and potential problems as you describe. However, for programming projects, this approach may appropriate. Consider you are in college, fresh out of bootcamp school, or self-taught coder. Lack of experience may cause difficulting landing a job. This way, you gain experience working on real-life projects even if you don't get the job.

At the same time, I doubt reputable companies would take advantage of applicants and reject completed projects just to get their work done for free.

Great idea , amazing work . Easy to use and I am sure anyone can find something to do , give it a try. Great work hunter

Thank you

So, work for free?

I understand you choose to complete the project, but it seems fishy. Complete the project, possibly give the company a solution to a problem that they didn't see before and in return, you get ... an interview.

lol. While experienced coders wouldn’t go for this or need this, it may benefit those who lack experience. I failed to mention that this could be good for students.

Do you think this site would be good for finding someone like a decent maths student to do a piece of statistics work looking for correlations?

I don’t think so, since it is not for freelancers and more for full-time job seekers.

Congratulations!
