Sleep is very much essential for a healthy life. Sleep is necessary but we all have different kinds of jobs, so with this our sleep cycle are supposed to differ. Why stick to your typical sleeping patterns, even though they may not be perfect.

Like you said, sleep is essential for maintaining a healthy life. My question is how does this app help you to find a sleep cycle that is right for you? I personally just use my phone and it will give me prompts on when I should call it a night, but it is good to have other options, I'm just curious as to how this app helps you

Better sleep comes more productive and when we lack that, we tend to be productive less and hence avoid giving out 100% with this tool we can get a good rest and also become more productive in our various work place.

For me, the best time for sleeping is 10 PM. This is the peak time to get a stress-free sleep otherwise you will get sleeplessness issues by the time and feeling sleepy all day.

As the current busy life everyone is much involved and busy in their daily activities so they have disturbed their sleeping schedule. Now it become a big dream for mostly people to have a perfect sleep which cause so many diseases among them. My sleep cycle has been disrupted for the past two months since the arrival of my newborn and it is going to take something significant for it to be restored. He wakes up when I am feeling sleepy and sleeps when I do not feel like sleeping. This seems to be the perfect thing I need. I have to look more into this. Nice hunt.

In as much health is wealth, so is sleep also. Just imagine not getting enough sleep when necessary, it will just look as if you lost some pounds. I love to work all round but let us be considerate, Sleep was created for a reason and if we aren't giving our body such chance, we might get hit sooner or later.
As for this app, i so much love it as it will help to make sure my sleeping routine is not altered. Although, there might be some changes, it is not bad, change is the only constant thing in life. Thanks @ronarexx for this hunt.

my sleep cycle is broken now. i sleep at 02.00 am, and wake up at 05.00 am. Hmmm,,, i only sleep 3 hours per day. I will try to use this tool to repair my sleep time.

My biological clock is in need of repair and requires permanent solution for the maintenance ... Lol
No, seriously, I have been trying many options/methods to get my sleep timing in order ... meditation, medication, exercising etc etc ... but, all things has worked only for a short period of time. Apparently, it has a good strategic approach. Let's hope this one would provide a better and permanent solution.
