Why Eat Fruit / Fruit Sugar?

Good morning Beautiful Steemians,

Enjoy this video by Dr. Robert Morse as he discusses why fruits and fruit sugar are the superior food/energy source.

Always start (end if you can) your day with fruit. Why? Starting your day with fruit electrifies and jump starts the body, stimulating the organs of elimination to trigger bowel movements and lymph flow. I would recommend the astringent fruits, like grapefruit, oranges, or lemon/lime juice. Follow with some berries for the endocrine gland/neurotransmitter boost. Ending the day with fruits is calm on the body and easy on the GI tract, therefore your body can sleep soundly without disruptive digestive energies and aggressive acidic ash.
