Great article. You touched on a lot of points, but I think the fact is, you can't control flags and if everyone wants to do it, they can as well.

It's one thing to hate on people that are using it as a tool for making money instead of using it to learn and grow, but another when you're knowingly hurting people's income potential by slamming them because you're distraught about the same thing?
I think people should know however, that this can be manipulated as well like anything else!

I used to like Steemit too, I'm mostly a reader who does jack shit in the community but I do like the articles. Especially this one!
