A Very Frustrating Day

Ah man, fuck windows 8, 8.1 and 10 and the Blue Screen of Death - fucking garbage.

I nearly had a complete meltdown last summer when Windows kept crashing while I was working on my MA. It was infuriating. I was using 8.1, but windows 10 was installed without my permission several times.

People couldn't understand why I was upset about getting a FREE upgrade to a newer version. Seriously, IT'S NOT FREE - IT'S SPYWARE.

Anyways, I feel your pain
I switched to MAC (at least it doesn't crash) but am looking at a Linux.

had bsod for 6 months and then my pc wont even boot, throught it was windows fault too, turns out the nvidia updates were at fault, past few years they have been fucking up a lot of ppl's graphics cards, never updating again, turned off my windows updates too.

lol Yeah, Windows 10 is absolute trash. 8.1 was way better.
Man, I'd go for Vista or XP over this if it was faster. Technology has "enhanced" to our detriment.

It reminds me of 2001 Space Odyssey.

Man discovers tool. Man innovates with tool. Tool replaces man. Tool enslaves man. Man must break free.

Maybe a vague reference. Just rewatched the film and it's fresh on my mind. lol

I'll be the one to bite and advocate Linux here -- I pick what and when for updates, no spyware, no computer taking control from me with stupid popups and ads in the start menu, no license to accept that bounds my mouth to their micro soft dick, and I've made this system work with my flow almost completely. Getting better and better guys, find that right OS and your programs and you'll be on another level.
