So I’ve been training hard lately, and especially cross-training with some high-level wrestlers.
The grind on my ear resulted in this! 😲 🤕
Cauliflower Ear happens when the skin gets torn away from the cartilage in the ear. Blood fills up in between the two, distending the war as seen in the picture.
If caught quickly, the blood can be drained out and the ear will return to (somewhat) normal size.
If untreated, the blood will coagulate and the ear will harden permanently.
Get it drained! 
I'm pretty lucky. My ears appear to be immune so far. Yours closed up nice :)
