My Success Story!
This is my 'Success Story', my dear Steemians! I Hope this will inspire you All to enjoy 'Steeming' and to keep on 'Steeming'! I was inspired by the contest provided by @dobartim and I am reintroducing my 'Steemit Ultimate Challenge Story!' I hope my story will inspire many of my followers to achieve their goal! I did not only achieve my early retirement but also got the freedom and exciting life due to Steemit.

I have no problem using bid bots if someone pays for such a service however this story can not be true and create desire for newbies that are not realistic.

Early retirement thanks to Steemit within 2 months checking her wallet is a lie and should not be tolerated - hope some of the bot owners will remove their vote on that.

I fully agree with every word you said and hope some of the bot owners will reconsider their decision. It really draws a false image of Steem.

I hope so too - it is I think also not easy for them (the bot owners) to blacklist people - some users do scam like stuff but it is hard to find 100% proof of it - let us see. I have some people now I will keep an Eye on, not that I can change a lot but I will watch and scan. Fingers crossed - in this case I am in favour of removing the votes for sure - not in all as you know but this is clearly something that shall NEVER EVER be in trending!

Reward pool is not unlimited. If you get more for 7 lines of text and one photo, other quality posts get less!

So if someone wants to use up their voting power to upvote you they are free to do so just as they are free to use up said voting power to flag you if they think your post is not deserving of such high rewards. Wrong approach. We're not responsible for the lack of control and missing quality management in vote trading. I don't just disagree on rewards here, I report abuse. That's a huge difference.

I don't understand how bid limits could solve this problem. Wouldn't the abusers create more accounts to reach their targets then?

Introducing bidding limits would put large accounts at a disadvantage. We don't want anyone to have an unfair advantage, but putting someone at an unfair disadvantage doesn't solve the problem either.

That only punishes honest whales who wouldn't work their way around that.

Moreover, if you see a whale sell-off due to the bid limits, the rewards you receive from the system won't be worth much.

In addition to that, you need 51% Steem Power to implement that idea. Do you really think that people having that kind of Steem Power are going to agree with their bids getting limited?

If you are concerned with helping newbies, then why are you not upvoting newbies, rather than self upvoting your own comments???

Whole bunch of newbies would love a $1 upvote. You would literally make their week. but instead @aidasfg you currently (as I write this) are sitting at a 39.86 % self upvote.

while @surfermarly is sitting on a meager 9.50 % self upvote.

Now which one of these looks like they are trying to help Newbies? One has a lot more color and is spread around a bit more. While the other one has 105 self upvotes? HMMM is that the newbie helper?

I don't care if you are self upvoting, I don't care if you are paying for votes. But don't you dare stand on a Pedestal and act "holier-than-thou" saying others should help out with newbies. You are a total hypocrite, stop lying and be honest with yourself and everyone for a minute.

But the return comes out of the reward pool which = less payout for everyone else. This is the inherent evil of pay to play upvote bots. Only the owners of said bots win, while the rest of us get to fight over the remaining piece of the pie. Also they get massive reputation boosts. Rep in it's own way (not fully in reality) means more than Steem.

I've seen anything quite like her bid-bot use for this post....and I've seen some abuse on here in my time. Still, she's got Jesus on her side, or at least her interpretation of it.

words cant explain how emotional i feel reading your story, i am an immigrants myself moved to USA over 14 years ago and reading about your struggles and what you went thru made me remember my life when i moved here and what i had to do to be successful while taking care of my family its amazing how your story motivates people like myself and other immigrants who moved to USA for better opportunity there is a reason why USA is land of opportunity love your story keep moving up in life aida.

That's not the answer to my question :-) I'll try to be more precise then: You said you invested in Steem, became rich, paid your debts and bought a brandnew car.

Effectively and according to your wallet you invested~800 SBD and didn't power down since you joined Steem two months ago. That doesn't match with your success story at all...

I think your story is a fraud and was only invented to promote @dobartim. Prove me wrong!

Maybe you should re-read the whole article before you come on here to be a negative jerk. She said "I learned from my business partner he was very knowledgeable in cryptocoins, it was during the summer of 2017 that I started and after 5 months found out my investemnt grew tremendously and not only that he introduced me to steemit. NO WHERE in her article did she say she made her money from steemit. Sounds more like she made her money in bitcoin. So maybe read things a little more and let them sink in before you come on here and comment looking like a real jack ass

I'm quite new to Steemit, but your turn-around lifts my heart as a human being.
I'm not familiar with @dobartim , but I'm sure he/she is not alone in being a mentor to many in this new alternative social economy.

And that's the thing here. Sure, there's competition and no doubt envy here on Steemit, but washing away the mind-set of our conventional world awareness will take time. But, since crash landing here three weeks ago, I've had nothing but support from everybody.
