Just this evening while thinking what to prepared viand for dinner, me and my husband decided insaladang talong with coconut milk for a change match with fried fish.. we have a sumptous dinner shared in the table😊.
Ingridients:
grilled eggplant
ginger minced
tomato sliced
onions
coconut vinegar
cocoonut milk
seasoning
very easy to prepare peel the grilled eggplant then mixed ginger,tomato and onions together add vinegar and coconut milk accordingly and seasoning.. then you have a sumptous insaladang talong w/ coconut milk😊.
