Hi! steemians tonight i would like to share with you my husband's favorite dish Pork Sinigang.
Heres a quick guide on how to prepare and cook.
Ingriedients:
Kakong leaves
Radish
Gabi -a root crop-
Spring onions
Onions
Bell pepper
1/2 kl. Pork Belly
Sinigang na may gabi mix seasoning
Boiled the pork belly and gabi together wait until the meat become tender, wait for the gabi to be cooked add the onions, and sinigang mix wait for another 3 mins. Lastly add the kangkong leaves, spring onions and bell pepper, i like the kangkong leaves not be overcooked. Prepare for dinner๐.
