12 Strengths of an Introvert Part 1 & 2 - May 1st, 2018

in steempsyc •  7 years ago

I found this video and wanted to share it... Maybe some of your friends are like that? Rather you are an introvert or an extrovert, you have a way you can be a leader! Introvert leaders examine their "Underlings" and put themselves in the situation. Sounds like a good idea, what do you think? Leave your comments below!

I'm like a super introvert. Like highly evolved in the skills of not existing unless I want to lol

Nice, I'm a bit of an introvert and extrovert... I like being more introverted even though it seems I am more outward like an extrovert.

Interesting!

I am very much an introvert and every single one of the things mentioned in this video is absolutely me. There is nothing wrong with being an introvert... if you actually listen to what is listed in the video you will realize we are AMAZING people with AMAZING leadership skills, work ethic, observational skills etc.... if we are in our correct environment

Introvert/extrovert is a part of psychological theory, where they lump people into categories, they mix and match traits and then label the individual as such. But I find such practice to be personally debilitating and encourage spiritual complacency.

People can learn more by these videos than people realize. We all need to learn more about each other and not let anything hold us back from doing what is needed

Great post thanks!
