Afternoon everyone.....
Today is the final installment of my #twelvedaysofchristmas tag. I would like to thank my bestie @silverdaver888 & @welshstacker for participating every day. Also @dfinney who did all twelve days in one post.
It has been a lot of fun both writing these posts and viewing what others want as well. Thank you to everyone that has visited mine or the other posts.

For the next twelve days I will be putting my tags on hold and doing a twelve days of Christmas post.
The post is going to be like a Santa’s wish list for stackers......Each day I will post a bar, round or coin that I would love to get as a gift.
Here are the kinda rules I made up for this little posting sequence.
I will start off with the lower dollar items building up to the one thing that would truly blow me away if I got it as a gift.
The items have to be realistic. No one is going to gift you an 1895CC Morgan silver dollar. Unless you are related to Bill Gates or any other billionaire.
The top item can not exceed a value of $2000.
If you like this idea feel free to join in on the fun. If not I hope you enjoy the little bit of fun I’m going to have deciding what I’d like daily.
I have not made any list of items, I’m just going to take it day by day.
So my final choice is......
This coin has been at the top of my list since I started collecting/stacking again.
Every time I have gotten close to having the money to purchase it, something has interfered with that happening.
This is an American Classic design and the detail on this version is amazing. The frosting on the mirrored field is such a contrast.
This coin is the $50 American Buffalo Proof gold coin. Now I know you might say that I’m being picky, but it must be a graded PR70DCAM version. I have seen many of these in person throughout the years and many of the proofs I have seen do not have the frosty profile and mirrored fields that make this coin my number one pick.
I do not care what year the coin is from, I want the one ounce PR70DCAM coin.
A little information on the coin itself. These are all struck at the West Point Mint. They are the only US gold one ounce coin produced in .9999 fine gold. The coin was introduced in 2006 with a mintage of 246,267 coins. The following year the mintage dropped to just 58,998. There is no other year with a mintage over 50,000. Most years the mintage is around 20,000 coins.
And YES in case you can’t tell I WANT ONE!!!!!!!

I knew it... I knew it, bestie!!!! I guessed right!!!! And I think it is because you mentioned it in a past article sometime back!!!! It is a fabulous proof coin!!! One of the most beautiful in the world!!! As you can see [by the exclamation points]... your article got me so excited ! A beautiful choice, my dearest! I already completed my article last night, and just waiting for the right time to post it. I still don't know what to do with my scheduled. Perhaps I should DM you, and you can explain to me how you switched to posting earlier in the day. THis PM schedule is killing me, and you know that for ages now, I post SSG related stuff in the mornings.
I wish that you would get ALL the pieces in your list for Christmas. For sure, if your Secret Santa was paying attendtion, he would send you at least one.
