You should definitely try to start saving as much money as you can right now. Limit unnecessary spending, and start actively looking for jobs that you could live off of come graduation. It sounds like your living situation is less than ideal for both you and your mother. I am willing to guess that once you move out and start being independent, your relationship with your mother will improve. If you read back your post to yourself and try to imagine it as someone else's situation and you are the one giving advice, what would you say? Best of luck!
