Storage Barn shopping

We have been looking at storage barns

We have been looking for the last couple of weeks. We compared price points and quality and decided to go with the company selling local Amish Built barns as the quality is loads better and the price point is about the same. We had been going back and forth on what size and kind to get. The traditional Garden shed style with loft or a barn style with loft. The first choice is a 12x24 Barn Style it is huge and once our garage is built it would make great photo studio converision. But the price is a little higher than I want to spend.

The other choices we like

Are the 10x16 units there are different styles from a traditional A line roof to the barn style roofs. These are much lower in price. And will make a decent photo studio. The bigger one would make a really nice one. But 10×16 is a bigger space than a friend of mine started her studio in her first studio space was 10x12. But that 12x24 is really nice.

My husband wanted this one because it is under $3000 but for a little more I can have one with a window which I want for my studio so this one is a NOPE

So after weighing our options

We have made a decision and have an appointment to purchase one on Monday and we have decided to go with the traditional A line roof as it has the storage space we need now till the other house we own is sold and we can use that money to build our garage. It is only $180 more than the one my husband liked best for price but give me some natural light when it eventually becomes my photo studio.

How much did the little gray one cost? That would make a pretty cool little cabin in the woods too!

$3040 plus 5% off that price, haven't done the math we are buying it Monday

That's not too bad at all. Throw in some electrical, the foundation, and some other simple items and it would make a decent cabin for two under 5K. Thanks for sharing!

After the garage is built, I am gonna turn it into a photo studio, so I can expand my business, currently I am stuck with doing location shoots only
