Stress is something very special, because when a human being is under stress their prefrontal cortex shuts off. The prefrontal cortex is a part of your brain above your eyes. The prefrontal cortex is were the rational thinking is done. That why a person under a flow of stress can act very unpredictable. The only problem is that when a persons prefrontal cortex is disabled they don’t know it themselves you can make important decisions at that moment because you think you’re capable enough at that moment. But the good part is that you can train it how you can handle stress. Here some tips.

  • Exercise, in this you can relax your body and mind
  • Relax your muscles when you’re stressed
  • Take a deep breath
  • Eat well
  • Take a break
  • Slow down
  • Find a new hobby
  • Etc.
    And one bonus tip. Ask yourself this one thing when you’re in a stressful situation: what is the worst thing what can happen? And what if this happened? If this is still very serious just fix it when you’re capable enough.
